Spooky Threads
An e-commerce storefront featuring an AI shopping assistant, product discovery and Stripe checkout.
Spooky Threads is a Halloween-themed apparel and home goods shop, built as a practice run for a course on adding AI chatbots and Stripe payments to an online store.
Beyond the storefront, it covers the less glamorous parts of running a shop: accounts, an admin area for products and orders, transactional email, spam protection, rate limits on the AI features and error monitoring.

- A chat assistant grounded in the live catalog, so it only recommends real products
